We are urgently hiring for an Administrative Assistant for our digital printing services group.

Qualifications:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent. Senior High school graduates and College Undergraduates are also encouraged to apply.

- Experience in digital printing industry is a plus but not required.
- Required Skills: Listening Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Good Work Ethics, and Learning Skills

Job Description:

1. Prepare purchase orders for the company.
2. Assist the administrative group for logistics
3. Receive calls from clients and inquiries via phone.
4. Prepare invoices and keeping the records of the company properly.
5. Process all government permits annually.
6. Assist the President of the company (when needed only).

ASPAC Print Hub, Suite 501 - N, State Center Building, Juan Luna Street, Binondo, Manila.
