Craft and repair shoes, sandals, and other footwear
Measure and fit customers for customized footwear
Handle various types of leather, tools, and machinery
Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sapatero or similar role
Strong knowledge of shoe construction techniques
Proficient in using shoemaking tools and machinery
Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
