Kapag prevention ang usapan, we usually think about hygiene or maintenance. Pagdating sa buhok, ano gawa? Shampoo, conditioner, with hair treatments pa at least once a month. Sa mga ngipin natin — Toothbrush. Araw araw. Flossing. Tapos dental cleaning pa yan every 2-3 months.

Pagdating sa maintenance at prevention para tuhod, likod, neck, balikat. Ano gawa? Madalas, wala. Unless may masakit na.

Sa buhok, balat, ngipin kasi.. obvious agad kapag di ka nagmaintain. Try mo wag magtoothbrush ng 3 days.. 😂 lalayuan ka ng mga kasama mo or sasabihin nila sayo na kakaiba amoy mo.

Pagdating sa muscles and kasu kasuan kasi, di agad agad obvious. Usually, magpipile out nalang yung dirt (kasi di naman tayo ganun kaaware na dapat din pala imaintain) until maging full-blown painful issue na sya. Tapos yun, dun lang tayo may gagawin.. reactive ba?

Para sakin, yun tlaga yung whole idea behind physical therapy is that kelangan natin matuto mag floss rin ng muscles, mag brush ng spine. Para di naiipon yung dumi.. Eto yung mga tinuturo namin sa Octarine. Para di reactive. Para ikaw sa sarili mo alam mo kung pano i-maintain yung muscles and joints mo. So di mo na kami kelangan sa future. ✌️
