Nonbailable, that's the way to do it!
LOOK: The DPWH shows the first batch of criminal cases that will be filed before the Office of the Ombudsman this Thursday morning against 18 individuals and companies allegedly involved in flood control anomalies.
DPWH Sec. Vince Dizon earlier revealed that among the 18 that will be charged are former Bulacan First District engineer Henry Alcantara, former DPWH district engineer Brice Hernandez, and the contractor couple Curlee and Sarah Discaya.
He emphasized that the charges are "nonbailable."
