The last day of the 8th PUP Model Congress is finally upon us, and to make things even better, we proudly introduce our guest speaker for the final plenary session!
Clapping is now in order for ๐๐จ๐ง. ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ก ๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐จ, representative of the Gabriela Womenโs Party in the 20th Congress. She champions the rights of marginalized women, children, and the LGBTQ+ community. Hon. Elago has also authored 23 national laws under her term as partylist representative of Kabataan, as well as key proposed measures that ensure the rights and welfare of women, children, and the LGBTQ+ community.
We hope her presence at our plenary will remind us why we continue to go beyond the barriers of youth legislation!
