Position: Procurement Staff & Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff & Logistics Coordinator to support our ongoing construction projects through efficient procurement, inventory monitoring, and administrative tasks.

Your Role Will Involve:
- Handling procurement activities, including requesting quotations and preparing purchase orders (POs).
- Monitoring tools and equipment inventory from the warehouse to project sites.
- Coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Assisting in verifying and organizing financial documents such as invoices and receipts.
- Supporting general administrative tasks when needed.

Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Graduates of Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related programs are an advantage.
- Applicants with any college degree are welcome, provided they are willing to learn procurement, logistics, and basic cost monitoring processes.
- Background or basic knowledge in procurement, purchasing, inventory management, or cost monitoring is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of finance or accounting processes (e.g., invoices, receipts, costing) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced construction environment.
