BI Learning and Development Section

The BI–Learning and Development Section, through its partnership with the Confucius Institute at the University of the Philippines Diliman (CI-UPD), recently held the Lunar Festival Cultural Exchange Activity last 20 February 2026 at the Philippine Immigration Academy in Clark, Pampanga.

The cultural exchange activity supports the Bureau’s language and cultural capacity-building initiatives for personnel undergoing the Mandarin Language Program and provides practical cultural exposure that complements formal instruction. The event also strengthens institutional collaboration between the BI and CI-UPD.
