We have just received word from our partner provider that their backbone is again damaged yesterday in the Davao - Quezon,Bukidnon portion. They still have ongoing rectification works as of the moment.

We sincerely apologize for this, once the service have been restored we will process a rebate computation for all the downtimes this month. We will update you as soon as we get more information. Thank you
