JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Revit Drafter plays a key role in producing precise technical drawings, models, and construction documents using Revit and related BIM tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop accurate 2D and 3D models, drawings, and layouts using Revit based on sketches, specifications, and project guidelines.
-Create construction documents, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings with precision.
-Update and revise Revit models and sheets based on team or client feedback.
-Ensure models follow project standards, templates, and BIM requirements.
-Conduct quality checks on drawings and models to identify discrepancies and resolve design issues.
-Maintain organized documentation of project files, revisions, and final outputs for easy reference.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Proven experience as a Revit Drafter or in a similar drafting role.
-Experience using the English measurement system is preferred.
-Proficiency in Revit (required); familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
-Understanding of architectural/engineering concepts, construction methods, and drafting standards.

Requirements:

The role involves:
-Creating detailed tech packs for all garment styles
-Sketching garments with clear construction and design details
-Developing artwork and print designs
-Preparing accurate spec sheets for suppliers
-Ensuring all designs align with brand standards and production requirements
-Collaborating with the team to support smooth design-to-production workflows

Requirements:
-Proficiency in fashion design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and CLO 3D (or similar)
-Strong attention to detail and understanding of garment construction
-Experience creating tech packs, sketches, prints, and spec sheets
-Ability to communicate design details clearly for manufacturer production
