Effect of Urine Control
Did you know that bladder can store up to 2 cups of urine. But that doesn't mean you have to wait for it to fill up before going to the bathroom to get it all out. According to experts, it’s better for you to p*e as soon as you feel like p*eing.
If urinating is stopped or postponed, here are the possible illnesses you could get:
1. Experiencing abdominal pain or pelvic pain or painful bladder during urination. Sometimes it feels like the bladder is about to burst or it's coming out.
2. Unstoppable urination or incontinence occurs if urinating frequently due to possible pelvic floor muscles damage, due to overstretched or stretched bladder. When bladder tendons stretch and loose, they can't stop urine from leaking so you can't do anything but wear diapers or diapers.
3. Inability or difficult to urinate frequently when you feel like your bladder is full. This can happen if the bladder muscles are damaged. In severe cases, a catheter may be required to only remove the flesh from your bladder.
4. Urinary tract infection or UTI in women may be obtained from urinary incontinence beginning from the butt to the front, with obesity, with diabetes, or using the diaphragm in family planning or urinary inhibition. If urine is accumulated for a long time in the bladder the bacteria can multiply or multiply.
5. Having a kidney stone or kidney stone or bladder stone or bladdy stone if urine prolongs the kidney or bladder, or contains minerals, or lacks drinking water.

DON'T SIT FOR TOO LONG
According to the World Health Organization, sitting for a long time is bad for your health. If you often sit for 2 hours or longer it is possible that there are complications.
According to the study, it can cause diabetes, obesity, foot numbness and blood clotting in the leg. If you sit down all the time, you gain weight from lack of exercise. It can also lead to diabetes.
The most serious complication of sitting for long periods of time is blood buildup in the leg. When this happens, our blood can transfer to the lungs and the patient will have difficulty breathing. The doctor calls it pulmonary embolism and it's deadly.
Fat Wallet Syndrome:
Another danger of sitting for too long is getting a pinched nerve in our butt. The foot can become numb if it runs through the veins for a long time. There is also something called “fat wallet syndrome” in which when a fat wallet is seated, the foot can go numb. This happens often to men, especially to drivers and executives who are always seated.
What is the solution?
1. Every 30 minutes sitting, stand for 2 minutes to stretch. If you sit for 1 hour, walk for 5 minutes.
2. Get moving even when sitting down. Stretch your arms while sitting. Move those feet. Step it up step by step. This will help with circulation and blood flow.
3. Don't do all the exercise at night, but you sit all day. Cut your workout in. Get a little exercise in the morning and at night.
4. Put the wallet in front of the pants Don't make your wallet thick and reduce it's contents.
5. If you regularly use computers, take breaks and walks every 30 minutes so your eyes can rest too. Staring at a computer screen for a long time can cause your eyes and head pain. Close your eyes for 3 minutes to rest.
Remember: Exercise and exercise for a longer life.

One egg a day lang po!
Many ask how many eggs they can eat?
There's good news and bad news about the egg. Eggs contain protein, vitamin B12, vitamin D, riboflavin and folate. Its good for the body and nutritious.
But on the other hand a red egg contains 213 milligrams of cholesterol. It's high in cholesterol because the American Heart Association recommends eating no more than 300 milligrams of cholesterol a day.
Opinions about the egg are varied. But what I will say now is the declaration of the doctors of the American Heart Association and Philippine Heart Association. Here's our advice:
1. If you are healthy, free of heart disease, diabetes or cholesterol problems, you can eat 1 egg a day. Just be careful of egg food ingredients like hotdog, bacon and bacon. Choose boiled egg over fried egg.
2. If you have heart disease, diabetes or high cholesterol, you should limit eating eggs to just 3 eggs a week. If you want to eat eggs, it's better to eat egg whites instead of red or egg yolk. Cholesterol is in the egg yolk.
3. Eat eggs in moderation. In anything one should eat slowly. If you overdo something, it can get you.
What happens if you eat too many eggs?
According to studies, eating more than 1 egg a day can cause heart blockage and heart failure.
For me, I would not advise eating more than 1 egg a day. Our diet needs to be balanced. Eat (1) vegetables, (2) fruits and (3) fish.
Vegetables like spinach, moringa, carrots and squash are healthy. In fruits, bananas, grapes and apples are rich in vitamins. For the fish, sardines are good for the body, sweet potato and fish belly.
Friends, vegetables, fruits and fish are the only things I can say that are tested in nutrition for our body. Good luck!
