In today's dauntingly fast-paced world, we often feel dragged down by the weight of almost everything, and it makes us wonder if this is what it truly feels like to be alive.
We have become an option not just for others, but also for ourselvesโan option we rarely consider. Rest has become a reward, when it should be deemed productive. Pausing has become a setback, when it should be natural. Seemingly, our mental health has turned into a price that we have to pay for our survival.

The transition to online learning has brought about many challenges, including difficulty maintaining focus and engagement, feeling of isolation, technical issues, and a lack of in-person support. It's important to remember that it's okay to feel overwhelmed and that it's normal to need extra support during these times.
Join us this coming January 11 at 2PM via MS Teams in a gathering of individuals who yearn to be audible, to be heard. In this webinar, we'll discuss the difficulties of adapting to the online set-up in education and provide strategies for protecting our mental health as we navigate these challenges.
