A friendly reminder to all LRC users: Please settle any outstanding late fees and return all overdue materials before the term ends.

Returning overdue books and paying fines before the term ends allows you to:

📚 Ensure your NUIS account is cleared to maintain access. If your account is blocked due to outstanding balances, you will be unable to view your final grades.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗥𝗖 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆?

📕 Material Return

All overdue and unreturned materials must be returned to the Readers’ Services Counter during LRC services hours, and corresponding penalties must be settled.

💰 Payment of Fines

To settle your balance, please follow these steps:

1. Secure an LRC Payment Form from the Readers' Services Counter.
2. Pay at the Treasury Office.
3. Return to the LRC and present your Official Receipt and Payment Form.

If the material is lost or significantly damaged, please report immediately to the Readers Services Counter to discuss replacement options and standardized replacement fees.
