Behind Closed Doors: The Detrimental Effects of the COVID-19 on Domestic Violence
Work from home scenarios and lockdowns forced people to stay at their houses and try to meet ends while painstakingly evading the dreaded coronavirus. For privileged families, it may be a vacation, but for dysfunctional families, it is a hell on earth. Spikes on domestic violence statistics became prominent.
This lecture aims to provide a primer on domestic abuse and comprehensive remedies for abused people.

As the world spirals deeper into the COVID-19 pandemic, another crisis is brewing—this time, in the cyberspace. The increased ubiquity of internet access and social media has made more and more people susceptible to sextortion, broadly defined as the threatened dissemination of one’s private or sensitive material in order to coerce some form of payment, whether in money, sexual favors, or otherwise.
This lecture presents evidence on the prevalence of sextortion, discusses legal remedies available to its victims, and makes recommendations to protect one’s privacy online.

The rise of online shops has caused both advantageous and disadvatageous effects to sellers and buyers alike. This lecture seeks to provide a discussion about the usual problems that both sellers and buyers encounter in the field of online marketing and the remedies which they may resort to in order to answer for these occurrences.

Collect me not: A Brief Overview of Collecting Money Claims During the Pandemic
This is a webinar addressing the detrimental effect of the pandemic on the rights and obligations of both the creditors and debtors towards their loan agreements. This aims to educate both parties as to the relevant laws, orders, as well as procedure on how to enforce their loan agreement during the pandemic.
