Requirements:
☑️ Motorcycle* (preferrably owned)
☑️ At least 18 years old and above
☑️ Professional Driver's License
☑️ Valid NBI Clearance (At least 6 months)
☑️ OR/CR (under rider's name)
*if motorcycle is not owned, please provide the following:
☑️ Authorization Letter (from the owner of the motorcycle)
☑️ 2 Gov't issued ID's Photocopy (owner of the motorcycle)
☑️ Photocopy of OR/CR or Deed of Sale
