Sa mga nahihirapan mag lose ng weight try this one, eto personally ung technique ko when im trying to lose fats. Ang ibig sabihin is mag cacardio wlang laman ung tiyan nyo or d kau kumakain in a certain amount of time. I'm not telling n gugutumin nyo sarili nyo ah mali un..db ang turo ko is kumain kau atleast every 3 hours or atleast 5-6 times pero small meal lng..So panu mu gagawin ung fasted cardio?..pagkagising mu sa umaga mag cardio ka kasi kapag wlang binuburn ang katawan mu or wlang laman tyan ang next nyang ibuburn is ung fats mu sa bilbil which is the stored fats that used our body as energy.

Stay consistent lang palage and keep the positive mindset and most of all "Enjoy the process"
