WHAT: Arrest of JAYJAY MARTILINO y and (7) others

WHEN: April 12, 2023 At about 11:30AM

WHERE: 674 Block 98 Lot 17 kawal Purok 4 Barangay 28 Caloocan City

WHO: Combined elements of Raxabago Police Station led by PLTCOL ROSALINO P. IBAY JR., Station Commander, PS-1 and Intel Operatives of Navotas City Police Station

HOW: Elements of Raxabago Police Station conducted a follow-up operation relative to the shooting incidents that transpired at about 12:30AM of April 9, 2023 along along Nepa St corner Paulino that resulted to the death of Ruel Yabao and about 2:45 AM of April 10, 2023 along Nepa St corner Rodriguez that resulted to death of Noel Merano. The said operation resulted to the arrest of above-named suspects. All arrested suspects under custodial investigation of this Station.

Likewise, the Alleged Serial Killer circulated in Social Media identified as Joel Jusitiniani y Sorita A.K.A " Joel Blandy" was also under custody of this station.
