Announcement: 1st General Assembly – 2nd Semester
The 1st General Assembly for the 2nd Semester has been successfully concluded! One of the key highlights was the orientation on UniQR, focusing on how to log in and navigate the system.
During the session, several common questions were raised:
Q: Why is the 2nd semester attendance data not yet available?
A: The attendance system is linked to student sanctions. Since the sanctions for this semester have not yet been approved, the attendance data cannot be imported at this time.
Q: Is our attendance data safe?
A: Yes! All attendance data is securely stored. Once the sanctions are officially approved, the data will be uploaded to UniQR immediately.
Q: What if my UniQR ID is damaged or lost? Can it be reissued?
A: UniQR IDs will NOT be reissued. However, students can view and download their digital UniQR ID through the Student Portal by going to the SETTINGS page.

UNIQR SCANNER UPDATE
Officers no longer need to manually upload attendance lists to the UNIQR system. Admins now provide officers with a secure API key, which is used in the UNIQR Scanner to enable Auto-Sync.
The scanner works offline, saving scanned attendance locally. Once an internet connection is detected, attendance data is automatically synced to the UNIQR system — no manual uploads required.

ANNOUNCEMENT ‼️
First Year students and Returnees will not be able to log in to their UniQR accounts at this time, as the UniQR Team is still in the process of finalizing and uploading student data into the system.
We also encourage students who have not yet claimed their UniQR ID—especially Returnees—to please do so as soon as possible. UniQR IDs can be claimed at the CASCSC Office, located on the 2nd floor of the Blue Building.
Until the completion of this process, First Year students and Returnees will remain unable to access their UniQR accounts. In addition, all students will temporarily be unable to view their attendance records, as these will be updated once the uploading of student accounts and data has been finalized.
