The health of people, marine life, and the local economy are all impacted by the significant pollution issue of ocean rubbish. On June 21, 2022, Can-initon to Barangay Nailaban, Mandaon, Masbate hosted the Eco Warriors' inaugural coastal clean-up campaign. Despite the scorching weather, the Eco Warriors remained productive and worked tirelessly clearing up garbage along the coastline. By picking up the trash that daily beachgoers leave behind and has washed up on shore, this coastal clean-up initiative invites coastal stewards to visit our beaches and contribute to reducing this issue.
