TechSupport.Ph, Inc. is looking for a Network Engineer responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting network infrastructure for our clients.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of enterprise networking, routers, firewalls, DNS, and internet redundancy such as Dual WAN and Failover setups.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting network issues and ensuring stable connectivity for business operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

✅ Configure and maintain routers, switches, and network infrastructure
✅ Setup and manage Dual WAN and internet failover systems
✅ Configure DNS, DHCP, and network services
✅ Implement firewall rules and network security policies
✅ Manage bandwidth control and traffic prioritization
✅ Troubleshoot network connectivity issues for clients
✅ Monitor network performance and uptime
✅ Configure VPN connections (site-to-site or remote access)
✅ Maintain network documentation and diagrams
✅ Coordinate with ISPs for internet connectivity issues

💻 Basic Technical Skills Required

Applicants should have working knowledge of:
🔹 Cisco routers and switches
🔹 Network configuration and troubleshooting
🔹 Dual WAN and internet failover setup
🔹 DNS and DHCP configuration
🔹 Firewall configuration and management
🔹 Bandwidth management and traffic shaping
🔹 VLAN configuration and basic network segmentation
🔹 VPN setup (site-to-site and remote access)

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

✔ Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
✔ 1–3 years experience in networking or infrastructure support
✔ Experience with Cisco, MikroTik, Fortinet, or similar networking equipment
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to support clients remotely and onsite when required
