✅ Copy of your car’s OR and CR
✅ Copy of driver’s license and OR (if vehicle was driven when it was flooded)
✅ Motor Accident Report Form (MARF) – if unit is parked, this can be waived
✅ AON questionnaire
✅ Photos of the unit (during the accident or while submerged)
