Must have:

Extensive Auto Servicing Experience
Capable to adapt to Motorsport grade parts/service/fabrication
Clean Employment and Civil Background
Qualified Health Conditions
Extensive Subaru/Sports Car Experience
Motorsport and High Performance Parts Know How
Ability to Read and Comprehend Wiring Diagrams and Service Manuals
Engine Building and Automotive Wiring Experience is a must
Must be able to work as a team
Must have professional attitude towards client cars
Must be passionate towards the Automotive world
Automotive Passion must come before need for money or personal reasons
Must have a CAN DO attitude!
