For example, when you prepare a meal. A study shows that a meal prepared with love tastes better. The amount of time and care you dedicate to preparing that meal increases the enjoyment while consuming the meal.

And in my opinion, it also goes with everything that we do. When you enjoy and love whatever you do, the outcome is better than good. When you put your heart into your everyday task, it will feel less hard and heavy.

I love eating cookies but I feel betrayed every time someone gives me raisin cookies that look like chocolate chip. 😬 But I'm still thankful tho. 😆
