When: Dec . 5, 6 & 7, 2022
(Monday - Wednesday)

Time: 8am to 12pm

➡️18 yrs old pataas - 1st booster at 2nd booster
➡️12 to 17 yrs old -1st dose, 2nd dose at 1st booster
➡️ 5 to 11 yrs old - 1st and 2nd dose

Vaccine available: Pfizer

✅️Booster 2 : 4 buwan ang pagitan mula sa 1st booster
✅️ Pedia booster - 5 buwan ang pagitan mula sa 2nd dose

Who:
➡️18 yrs old pataas - 1st booster at 2nd booster , open to all.
➡️12 to 17 yrs old -1st dose, 2nd dose at 1st booster, open to all.

Bakuna: Pfizer, Moderna at Sinovac.

✴️Booster interval:
✅️Booster 1= 3 buwan ang pagitan mula sa 2nd dose
✅️Booster 2 = 4 buwan ang pagitan mula sa 1st booster
✅️ Pedia booster = 5 buwan ang pagitan mula sa 2nd dose

✴️Just bring the following:
1. Vaccination card
2. Valid ID
3. Pen

VACCINATION SCHEDULE UPDATE: Pediatric booster ages 12-17 years old.

All pediatric population ages 12 - 17 years old can now receive their 1st booster shot tomorrow July 6, 2022
➡️where: Malolos Sports & Convention Center
➡️when : Monday to Friday
➡️time: 8am - 4pm
✳️ first 200 slots per day, Malolos area only for the mean time.

Recommended interval
✴️Immunocompromised pediatric A3 - 28 days after the 2nd dose of the primary series.
✴️Non immunocompromised pediatric A3 population and the rest of pediatric population- 5months interval from the second dose of the primary series.
➡️Vaccine available: Pfizer

Please bring the ff:
1. Vaccination card
2. Valid ID of parents /guardian and vaccine recipient.
*Vaccinee should be accompanied by parents or guardian
3. Medical cert of vaccine recipient.
4. Ballpen

MSCC Vaccination Schedule

✳️ Pfizer booster - for 18 yrs old and above .. Open to all. Kahit di taga Malolos.
➡️ April 22. 2022 (One day only)

Requirements:
Bring vaccination card.
Valid ID
Bring your own balpen

✳️Walk in for 5 y/o to 11 y/o
Malolos residents only.
First come first serve basis.

✅️When: April 23 , 2022 ( Saturday) 500 slot only

✳️Walk in 12yrs old to 17 yrs old . (April 23, 2022) Saturday kahit di taga malolos

✅️Where: MALOLOS SPORT CONVENTION CENTER

Time: 8am onwards

✳️Requirements:
● Birth certificate/ baptismal, or form 137
● 1 valid ID of parents, / guardian
● Authorization letter and certificate of barangay for legal guardian( no parents available)
● if having comorbidity (e.g asthma, g6pd, heart problem etc.) We also require medical certificate in their doctor.
