I used to see this every week in my practice.
A patient comes in for anxiety. They’ve tried therapy, they’ve tried meditation, they’ve tried cutting back on caffeine. Nothing sticks.
So we run a full panel. And there it is - blood sugar instability driving a cortisol response that their brain is interpreting as anxiety. Every. Single. Day.
The frustrating part? It’s so fixable. But no one ever looked.
If your anxiety feels physical: racing heart, 3am wake-ups, dread that comes out of nowhere, it might not start in your mind at all.
👉 Swipe to see what I look for and what actually helps.
And tell me if has anyone ever connected your anxiety to something physical? I’d love to hear your experience.
🌙 When the nervous system is overstimulated or blood sugar is unstable, the body struggles to fully downshift into rest.
Certain foods can support the transition into deeper sleep by calming the nervous system, stabilising energy, and supporting natural melatonin production.
Evening meals that include slow-digesting carbohydrates like sweet potato or oats, mineral-rich foods like pumpkin seeds and leafy greens, and calming compounds found in foods like chamomile or warm herbal teas can help signal safety to the body.
At the same time, reducing stimulants like sugar, alcohol, and heavy late-night meals can make a real difference in how deeply you rest.
Sleep is not only about how early you go to bed. It is also about what your body receives throughout the day.
🌿 If you want to understand how to use food as medicine to support better sleep, deeper rest, and calmer energy, comment GUIDE below and I will send you my FREE Food as Medicine guide.

I am not a runner.
I never ran even 1 km in my life.
And yet… I ran a half marathon in Italy 🇮🇹
Why?
Because my best friend invited me and I said yes.
(Not fully realising what I signed up for 😄)
4 weeks preparation.
800–900m elevation.
Chianti vineyards.
Tough. Emotional. Beautiful.
And the truth is, that I would not have done it alone.
She stayed with me. Supported me. Held my hand at the finish line.
This experience reminded me of something I deeply believe in:
✨ Emotional support is real nourishment,
✨ Connection gives us strength beyond physical limits,
✨ Accountability creates transformation
Sometimes we don’t need to be ready. We just need to trust… and have the right people beside us.
It seems we can do anything. 💪 Do you agree?

From my perspective as a longevity coach, integrative medicine is where real health starts to make sense.
We don’t talk about isolated symptoms, but see the human body as connected system: nervous system, sleep, movement, nutrition, and environment all speaking to each other.
What I work with is not extremes or quick fixes, but daily inputs that shape how the body functions over time, how you recover, how you age, how you regulate stress and energy.
Each slide breaks down one science-backed principle and translates it into something you can actually use in everyday life.
This is the foundation I come back to in my work: simplicity, consistency, and biology that responds to how you live. If you would like a free first session, please get in touch.
That’s how I create herbal formulas. 🌿💚

🌿 Why I Work the Way I Do?
I often say that I didn’t discover health. I returned to it.
I grew up in Poland in the 80s, where real food was simply everyday life. We grew vegetables in our garden, drank fresh milk straight from the cow, ate naturally fermented sourdough bread, homemade raspberry lemonade, sauerkraut, fermented cucumbers, honey, herbs. Nobody called them “superfoods.” As well, nobody spoke about gut health or the nervous system. And yet, we were living in a way that deeply supported both.
Everything changed when I moved to England in my twenties. Processed food, constant travel, stress, irregular routines, emotional overwhelm. Slowly, my body began to lose balance too. Weight gain. Hormonal imbalances. Water retention. Anxiety. Nervous system dysregulation. I wasn’t truly living. I was coping.
Then I discovered acupuncture. For the first time in a long time, my body felt safe again. That experience changed my life and eventually led me to study Traditional Chinese Medicine in London.
What I realised through all of this is simple:
Health does not need to be extreme or complicated.
The body already knows, that is not about chasing more, but about returning:
✨ To real food,
✨ To rhythm,
✨ To simplicity,
✨ To connection with ourselves.
This is why I work the way I do today. No rigid diets. No forcing. No one-size-fits-all approach. Just meeting the body where it is and helping people reconnect with what it has been trying to say all along.

In this reel I’m sharing one very common lie, which is still very widely told.
Watch until the end and let me know what you think.
The Art of Rest retreat at is about removing all the noise that keeps your system in survival mode.
Slow days. Nourishing food. Deep rest. Nature that doesn’t ask anything from you.
And somewhere in that simplicity… you come back to yourself.
→ If this is what your body has been asking for, you can find more information in bio.
→ Next dates are 22nd-24th of May.
