What makes you qualified?
• Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience as a Community Moderation Specialist or equivalent role, communicating with international clients via chat
• Outstanding written communication skills
• Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
• Extremely detail oriented and highly organized

What does a typical day look like?
• Interacting with community members via chat
• Active method: Creating and publishing content to boost engagement such as polls, ideas, questions, etc.
• Passive method: Responding to FAQs or chiming in on ongoing discussions
• Enforcing the community’s code of conduct by warning and/or removing members exhibiting bad or fraudulent behavior
• Identifying and reporting trends such as recurrent topics or questions
As a Vendor & Database Specialist, you are to create incredible travel experiences for our elite clientele. Your responsibility is to maintain our database of records of vendors and clients, to consistently ensure our team has the latest information available at all times.

What does a typical day look like?
• Vendor Research: Responsible for vetting and collecting information for vendors.
• Database Operations: Maintain vendor database; adding new vendors as needed, ensuring all information is accurate, organized, and up-to-date.
• Vendor Relations: Foster a professional relationship with all vendor representatives including General Managers, Directors of Sales, Reservations, Concierge, etc. Schedule calls between vendors and our founder. Coordinate logistics and travel arrangements with vendors for trips for our founder and our clients.
• Client Profile Updates: Update our CRM regularly with new information as it is gathered or learned and ensure it is correctly captured and added to our CRM.

What does a typical day look like?
• Client Request Ex*****on: Responsible for all day-to-day operations related to client travel and concierge requests, ensuring the SLA’s are met and the request is fulfilled accurately. Varying from restaurant reservations, up to complete travel itineraries.
• Client Communication: Responsible for directly communicating with the company’s clients. Acknowledging their requests, sending proposals, and monitoring email and phones for new requests or issues.
• Vendor Management: Partner closely with our approved vendors to make new requests to fulfill our client requests. Following up regularly to make sure SLA’s are met and making sure the product meets our expectations.
