FYI I consistently tell prospects and clients that neither COACH nor any other organization can promise to deliver CULTURE CHANGE and that CULTURE CHANGE can only come from within. I dismiss organizations that claim they can deliver CULTURE CHANGE as at least exaggerating. I sometimes call it what it is... lying!

Job Description:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Psychology / Behavioral Science or Business Administration / Management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high work integrity, good analytical skills, team-player, positive attitude.
• Flexible and can interact with different levels in an organization.
• Must have good communication skills, in English and Filipino.
• Knowledge of other language/s is a definite advantage.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
