We are looking for a well-formed creative talent (art or copy) who knows their craft and understands the fundamentals of marketing. Our ACDs work closely with the Creative Directors, not just to execute individual materials, but to develop campaigns. Independent, strategic, organized, and able to organize others, an ACD can substitute for Creative Directors, present, and represent the agency in front of clients and third parties. This job takes strategic creative judgment, a good sense of art and copy, and the ability to problem solve.
