Skystar Ventures UMN is an Indonesia based startup incubator and collaborative innovation platform under Universitas Multimedia Nusantara that supports student founders and early stage startups through incubation programs, mentorship, workshops, and industry partnerships. Since 2013, it has helped bridge academia and industry by transforming student ideas into sustainable businesses and strengthening Indonesia’s growing startup ecosystem.

Cinthya Tania is the Associate Manager for Business Incubation and Ecosystem Development at Skystar Ventures, where she leads initiatives focused on startup incubation, founder development, and ecosystem collaboration. She has spent over nine years at Skystar Ventures, progressing through roles in project management, events, partnerships, and community building before taking on leadership responsibilities in incubation and strategic programs. Cinthya studied at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara and LSPR Communication and Business Institute, building a strong foundation in communication, partnership development, and entrepreneurial ecosystem management.

TechShake has been invited to be featured on Rise and Shine Pilipinas, a government media in the Philippines, for its cross-border innovation, market-entry support and ecosystem building in the country and the region.

We are proud to have our Co-Founder and Director, Fatima Yambao, represent us in this segment, where she highlighted the importance of international collaboration.

She noted three key areas of impact: driving new economic opportunities, generating employment opportunities, and fostering mutual knowledge sharing and technology transfer across borders. To drive this impact forward, she highlighted TechShake’s core mission of running acceleration programs that serve as a platform for collaboration.

During her segment, Fatima shared how our exciting new partnership with the Brunei Innovation Lab will serve as a launchpad for Filipino innovators looking to scale internationally. Together with DOST-TAPI and key industry partners, this collaboration aims to boost and strengthen the startup ecosystem across the ASEAN region.

Through similar partnerships with stakeholders across Asia, TechShake focuses on fostering cross-border collaboration and unlocking new opportunities for market entry and expansion. We support startups and entrepreneurs through our soft-landing and acceleration programs, guiding them through the local business landscape and connecting them with our extensive network of stakeholders.

Furthermore, Fatima highlighted TechShake's partnership with DOST-TAPI, which provides access to a pool of local talents and entrepreneurs. She emphasized that DOST-TAPI plays a crucial role in supporting international collaborations, while simultaneously offering programs designed to empower and scale local startup founders.
