Position: Sr. Software Engineer
Schedule: Dayshift (7am-4pm) WFH Set-Up till further notice
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a combination of education and relevant work experience
- At least five (5) years of experience building frontend and backend applications
- Knowledgeable in PHP web frameworks (CodeIgniter, Laravel)
- Knowledgeable in various front-end technologies such as JQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Strong knowledge in OOP, MVC, and design patterns
- Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity version control tools (GIT),
- Strong peripheral background with different APIs and RESTful Web Services
- Experience in optimizing page & server response speed, load balancing, security and authentication
- Knowledge in ReactJS, VueJS and/or Python is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in cloud server management - Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Continuous integration/continuous delivery methodologies
- Has a background in using issue tracking software such as JIRA.
- Knowledgeable in Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, including technical writing

Qualifiactions :
- College Graduate of Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent course
- Preferably Supervisor/5 years & up experience as a Business Analyst in Software or Web applications industry
- Proven experience in business requirements scoping and testing
- Strong background in project documentation – including translating business requirements into complete functional requirement specifications covering user stories, user journey and product features; UAT plans and reports
