Format: Standard Constructed • Best‑of‑3 Swiss • No Top Cut
Round time: 60 minutes + 5 minutes overtime (or last 3 turns)
Decklist required — bring printed or digital copy

Top 32 all receive a PTM‑stamped Dormouse Informant promo card.
