On May 20, 2026, DTI-CARP Pangasinan facilitated a Team Building and Conflict Management activity for the members of the Calapugan Agrarian Reform Cooperative in San Andres, Balungao, Pangasinan.
The session was led by trainer Mr. Genesis Aubrian Bicera, who engaged the cooperative members in interactive exercises focused on strengthening trust and communication. These hands-on drills challenged the group to break down communication barriers, aligning their individual efforts toward shared cooperative goals.

On May 21-22, 2026, DTI-CARP Zamboanga del Norte successfully conducted a 2-day Capability Building on Coffee Processing at Brgy. Buenavista, Sergio Osmeรฑa.
Co-implemented with the Shared Service Facilities (SSF) program, the training featured Day 2 expert resource person Mr. Barry Mutia of Barra Barista, who focused on the art and science of coffee roasting. The training supports the continuing development and sustainability of the local coffee industry in Zamboanga del Norte.
