🍂Sr. Finance Officer

SALARY: 50,000 to 70,000
LOCATION: Makati
SCHEDULE AND SETUP: Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm (ONSITE)

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputable local university
*At least 5 years in accounting related works;
*Accounting related certification an advantage; or currently taking courses/exams en route to be certified
*Familiar with Accounting principles, Philippine financial reporting standards and SEC reporting requirements
*Familiar with Philippine taxation framework, compliance and reporting requirements
*Good understanding of Financial processes
*Proficient with ERP or accounting systems, Excel and word
*Proficient in English writing and speaking skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Full accounting responsibilities on entities assigned, including transactions record keeping, journal entries, general ledger, Schedules preparation, reconciliation, books closing, reports generation
*Assist in Account Payables processing, including collating requests, reviewing documents, facilitating payments, transactions recording
*Support financial operations 9 including financial data compilation, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and banking matters
*Prepare and submit all relevant returns/documents to BIR to comply with tax reporting requirements
*Ensure proper filing of documents and record keeping; assist in audit process
*Assist and support Head, Asia Group Finance in ad hoc assignments and projects

TOG INVOICE SPECIALIST:
✔Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
✔2 years of experience as in invoice processing
✔With experience in Accounts Payable
With experience in Shared Services or BPO Industry
✔Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
✔Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
✔Candidate must have experience working on Graveyard shift and not only willing to work on Night shift

TOG BILLING ANALYST:
✅Must be a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any Business – Finance related course from a reputable college / university.
✅2 years of demonstrated experience managing invoice payments or an accounts payable portfolio.
✅With experience in Accounts Payable
✅With experience in Shared Services or BPO Industry
✅Strong organizational skills to effectively assist with adherence to deadlines, attention to detail and strong problem solving and decision – making.
✅Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
✅A strong attention to detail and the ability to complete job duties with a high degree of accuracy.
✅Excellent Customer Service skills required, including the ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations.
✅Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
