S E L F - C A R E TIPS!πŸ’™

Here are some simple and basic tips on how to take care of ourselves:

1. Get enough SLEEP everyday.
πŸ’’Sleeping is a way to re-charge our body. So we need to have at least 6-8 hours sleep a day.

2. EAT well.😊
πŸ’’We need to eat good foodie..😊
Eating healthy food is not really expensive especially if you know how to cook. choose to eat more greens/veggies you will feel lighter.

3. Drink a lot of WATER!πŸ˜…
πŸ’’Most of us forget to drink water as we replace it with flavored drinks like soda, milktea, artificial- flavored juices etc. Hydrate by drinking at least 8-glasses of water daily.

4.Take VITAMINS to boost your immune system.
πŸ’’Take Vitamin C, D, E and collagen everyday. They are necessary especially when we are ageing.
Of course eating fresh fruits would be great to get natural vitamins.😊

5. Take time to PAMPER yourself.
πŸ’’If you have a budget, go to any pampering hub near you, treat yourself for a Spa, Nail Care, Hair Care, Facial Care etc. at least once a month or the least every quarter. 😊

If budget is our concern, well, we can do it at home. You may try this DIY foot spa at home. πŸ€—

Here's what you can do:
Get a Basin, Pour warm/hot water,
Put a liquid hand-wash soap, if none, dish-washing liquid soap will do! Squeeze 4 pcs. of Calamansi, & 3 table spoons of Baking Soda.
Prepare a tea and soak your feet for about 30-min. Enjoy!
Once done, dry your feet with towel and massage it with lotion or oil for about 10min.😊

6. Have time to MEDITATE &PRAY
πŸ’’Meditation and prayer are the best way to connect with ourselves and with God.😍
A 15-20-min meditation/ prayer daily is recommended.
You can do it before you sleep or upon waking up.

7.HUG yourself everyday!
πŸ’’YES, we need to hug ourselves a day to feed our soul. If you can get a hug from your wife/husband, bf/gf, kids, parents, friends, it would be great too!

8.Spend time WALKING at the park or around the neighborhood.
πŸ’’ Walking has a lot of health benefits. πŸšΆβ€β™€πŸšΆβ€β™‚Do it everyday for at least 30 min.😊 Take time to breathe! Practice inhale and exhale.
