The APPROACH - Ongoing studies for a guardhouse of a subdivision.


This view focuses on the initial approach and how visitors and potential guests will visualize the development beyond this towering access. Similar to the clubhouse, this structure integrates a modern and contemporary style with a mixture of faux wood and stone finishes. Pre-selected lighting fixtures are located at targeted points to better appreciate the design elements and enhance the user experience.

The initial intent of the design is to provide a structure that will ignite the aesthetic development within the subdivision - by combining modern and contemporary approaches, simple facades can be striking with minimal elements involved. Full-feature curtain walls are prevalent along the perimeter which might be further developed later on depending on the necessary glass ratio. This clubhouse will feature central amenities such as a fitness gym, function rooms, and a game room.
