IT BURNS EXTRA CALORIES
We are pretty sure more than half of you reading this right now love it every now and then, most especially if it is something that we are really craving. Donuts, fries, chicken wings, burgers, pizza, burritos, mojos, name it. You can eat it!

Well, kidding aside, we do get that all of these foods are really something that could make our day but we tend to forget that these foods are also high-calorie foods which means it will be really hard for us to burn all of these in a 10-minute treadmill walk (which we do not finish anyway).

But with consistent physical activities, your body will be needing a lot of energy from your body and these extra calories will be gone in no time.
