It has come to management’s attention that certain unregistered online lending applications and third parties have been using and/or contacting the company in relation to transactions and obligations allegedly connected to Mr. Cruz, including the unauthorized use of company contact details and information.

Luminary Model Management Inc. is not a party to, guarantor of, nor responsible for any personal loans, lending transactions, or financial obligations entered into by Mr. Cruz.

We likewise strongly condemn any form of harassment, intimidation, threats, spamming, or unauthorized dissemination of company information directed toward the company, its staff, clients, talents, or affiliates by any lending entities or third parties.

We advise the public, clients, and partners to transact only through Luminary Model Management Inc.’s official communication channels and authorized representatives.

Appropriate legal action and formal complaints with the proper authorities are currently being evaluated in relation to the unauthorized use of company information and the harassment being directed toward the company.
