Especially for us 40+ and above, we need 10 mins. minimum direct sun exposure for Vit.D and other health benefits, doesn't need to be early morning, i do it daily when i go out for lunch nagpapa-araw talaga ko, forget about those BS about ozone radiation or cancer effects if beyond 9:00AM , kaya nga sobrang healthy mostly ng mga farmers sa mga probinsiya.
