𝙄𝙉 𝙋𝙃𝙊𝙏𝙊𝙎 | SPES Batch 1 Completes 20-Day Work Journey

‎The Batch 1 beneficiaries of the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) officially completed their 20-day work journey today, May 25, 2026, marking the end of an experience filled with learning, growth, and valuable workplace exposure.

‎Mayor Noel Bitrics Luistro, Vice Mayor Jose Nelson A. Hernandez, together with the Sangguniang Bayan Members, graced the program and conveyed their support and encouragement to the SPES beneficiaries.
‎
‎During the program, Mayor Noel Bitrics Luistro reminded the students of their important role in society as future leaders who will guide and inspire the next generation. In his speech, he emphasized, “Kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan, lalo na kung may pinag-aralan,” highlighting education as a powerful tool and a stepping stone toward success and building a better future.

‎The SPES program continues to provide meaningful opportunities for students to gain practical experience while encouraging them to pursue their studies and contribute positively to the community.

‎The Public Employment Service Office (PESO Mabini) successfully conducted a Local Recruitment Activity (LRA) in partnership with JGC Technical Assistance Services Philippines Inc. on May 18, 2026.
‎
‎This initiative was made possible through the support and coordination of the Office of the Mayor, led by Hon. Noel B. Luistro, as part of the local government’s continuing commitment to provide employment opportunities. The activity served as a bridge between employers and jobseekers, allowing applicants to directly engage with company representatives and explore available job opportunities.
