It was warmly received by the Tarlaquenos and was immediately followed by Villa Siete Grande in Sto. Cristo, Angeles City. With the increasing housing backlog and the growing demand for housing in Central Luzon, Rimaven Properties, Inc. continues to fulfill its national responsibility as a developer by launching more sustainable housing projects in secured communities. Currently, comprehensive research and planning is continuously being done by the company in preparation for the launching of its new project in Florida Blanca, Pampanga, which will be graced as Bale Del Carmen. Further more, with the urbanization and the competitive market in Mabalacat City, Rimaven Properties, Inc. continues its development efforts by launching more socialized and economic housing projects in Dau and Sapang Biabas. Both housing projects are under development and are expected to be launched in 2015. The name Rimaven originated from the combination of names of Ricardo Policarpio, owner of R.D. Policarpio & Co., Inc. and his parents Venancio and Marina. Inspired by the founders love for his family, Rimaven is created to uplift and give importance to the most important unit of society – the family.
