Open to all SINGLE females, 17 to 24 years old
Must be at least 5 feet 5 inches in height
A bona fide resident of Mabalacat City
With good moral character

Please prepare the following:
Proof of residency
Copy of birth certificate
Close up and whole body pictures
2-minute talent for screening
Casual wear and swim wear
