EVEN THE AVENGERS GRIEVED IN SILENCE

Right after Natasha sacrificed herself on Vormir so Clint could bring back the Soul Stone, the remaining Avengers were completely devastated.

This is one of the standout scenes for me in the Endgame. Even these powerful and smartest heroes were not immune to the pain of losing someone very dear to them. The scene felt grounded and their emotions were raw and real. Endgame did not shy away from showing how men handle the heavy weight of grief.

These are the same stages many of us men go through when we lose someone we love. Whether its our parents, our spouses, our kids, our closest friends, or even our pets. Yet most of us go through it in silence.

June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month. Behind the strong image, a lot of us are fighting inner battles we dont talk about. We carry the pain the guilt the what ifs and the heavy silence.

If you're a man going through any of these stages right now.. denial, anger, bargaining, depression, or even trying to reach acceptance just know you're not alone.

Our pain is real. Our story matters. And it's absolutely okay to ask for help because most of us were never taught how to handle these dark moments. Nobody gave us a handbook on how to fortify our minds and hearts when we lose someone. It just wrecks us.
