Maybe you’re one of the women praying and waiting for a child right now.

Hear me out for a moment. 🤍

After Theo’s birth — our answered prayer — we also prayed for another baby. But God had a different plan first. I got pregnant, but eventually experienced a miscarriage.

We didn’t question God. We chose to trust His will. Maybe it wasn’t the right time yet. Maybe we needed to focus on Theo first and allow God to work in us before giving us what we were praying for.

Looking back now, 4 years after that miscarriage, I realized God wasn’t delaying us to hurt us. He was changing our hearts, our focus, and our priorities.

Last year, after joining His Life City Church as our spiritual community, we held on to the prophetic word: “Enlarged.” Little did we know, God was enlarging not just our family, but also our faith, our hearts, and even our relationship with both sides of our families.

This year, we are holding on to His word: “Favored.” And one thing I realized is that sometimes, even before we ask, God already knows the desires of our hearts. Because we are highly favored by our Heavenly Father. 🤍

And now, the blessing we prayed for years ago has finally come — in God’s perfect timing. Just as He promised:

«“When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen.”
— Isaiah 60:22»

Truly, God is faithful to His promises. My husband and I feel so blessed — not just because of the prayers He answered, but because of His presence in our lives and the people He surrounded us with. Indeed His Geace is enough.

So to every mom, every woman, every family who is in their waiting season right now… hold on. God is preparing something beautiful for you — far better than what you can imagine. 🤍
