In light of the recent earthquake and to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone, classes in all public and private schools at all levels are hereby suspended effective immediately and until further notice.

Likewise, work in all government offices is also suspended until further notice. Private establishments are encouraged to follow.

An Executive Order formalizing this suspension will be issued shortly.
