Here's my TRUE story:

I was in my NCII Bread and Pastry Production class last year May 2021 and I was kinda bored and unproductive habang hinihintay kong matapos ung mga kaklase ko sa pagbake nila. I met this 24 year old woman, married and have kids na super curious kasi habang naghihintay kami noon sa Instructor namin ee panay akong share about having savings and investments. So, lumapit ako sa kanya and gave her a sample Financial Check up. I found out that their only source of income ay ang pagpapasada ng Tricycle ng asawa nya and they are only earning 250 a day. Gamit ang Abundance Formula 10/20/70 and having an projected interest rate of 12% kaya nya palang mareach ang 1.2 million at the age of 60 years old. Kahit ako naamazed tlaga ako kasi ang kelangan nya lang isave is around 60 pesos everyday. I saw her teary eyes with lots of reflections sa sarili na kaya nya pala . Kasi nasasayang lang ung pera nya ang problema walang mapaglalagyan .

Imagine, even a student of 30 pesos ang allowance can save, even a pedicab driver who's income is 100 pesos. Kayang kaya magsave and invest. Ang kulang lang tlaga satin ay FINANCIAL LITERACY.

If you are sick of hearing Financial literacy dahil "maliit lang ang sahod mo". How about them na halos kelangan kayod kabayo kung magtrabaho? Paenglish english ka pa kung Financially Ignorant ka di yan masasagot kahit lumaki pa ang sahod mo.
