The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) – Visayas Cluster 2 Region 7, the Local Government Unit of Loon, the Bohol ICT Council, and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) joined forces last May 21, 2019 for the launching/orientation of the Rural Impact Sourcing Technical Training or the 12 days Digital E-Commerce Training held at the Loon Municipal Hall.

The Comprehensive Digital Training that Changed Our Lives Comprehensive Digital Training and we even donned t-shirts saying we are survivors of the program during our graduation ceremony on August 2, 2019.
