Third virtual/online Police Leadership and Good Governance Lecture Series for 2020 with the theme “Oral Hygiene and General Health” Discussed by Dr Rowena M Mangubat, Regional Advisory Council 3 on September 29, 2020 facilitated by the PNP CPSM at the Sinagtala P.A.T.R.O.L.ers Hall, CPSM, Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City. Said activity was attended by the RPSMU personnel led by PLTCOL MICHAEL JOHN Q DELOSO, Asst Chief, RPSMU and PSMU personnel of lower units.
