Ripe Indian mango daily? Solid habit if you don't go overboard.

Main benefits:

1. Vitamin C + A boost.
One ripe mango covers up to 70% of your daily Vit C and a ton of Vit A for skin, eyes, and immune system.

2. Digestion
Loaded with enzymes like amylase + fiber, helps with bloating and regularity.

3. Antioxidants
Mangiferin and quercetin help fight inflammation. Good for joints and overall recovery.

4. Energy
Natural sugars + potassium = quick fuel without the crash of junk snacks.

One medium ripe mango is up to 150-200 cal and 30g+ sugar. Everyday is fine, but 1 mango/day max or you’re spiking blood sugar + gaining weight.

Best timing:
