1st observation: That means the FDA and DOH acknowledges the smoking problem especially amongst the youth. Its been there for many decades and they have failed to get rid of the problem.

2nd observation: Va**ng has existed in the Philippines for more than 10 years, however the first alleged illness caused by va**ng happened only after what happened in America in recent times.

3rd observation: Thousands of Filipinos has been va**ng and one fell sick only after what happened to a few Americans in the US.

Conclusion:

Due to the fact that va**ng has existed in the Philippines for more than more than 10 years and the coincidental timing (when the court ruled against the DOH AO which is a defecto ban), this alleged lung injury caused by va**ng is very suspicious.

If the lung injury caused by va**ng is legitimate, one injury vs hundreds and thousands of lung cancer patients in a span of between 10 years is clear evidence enough to prove that va**ng is much safer than smoking.
