The Regional Alternative Child Care Office (RACCO) V and the Reception and Study Center for Children (RSCC) of DSWD Field Office V successfully facilitated a Child Entrustment on May 28, 2026.

The Prospective Adoptive Parents, together with their family members, were beyond words as they expressed how overwhelmed and grateful they are, sharing that their long-awaited prayers have finally been answered.

Filled with joy, hope, and excitement, they warmly welcomed the child into their family, embracing the beginning of a new chapter built on love, care, and belonging.

Ms. Kathe, together with the RSCC staff and RACCO personnel, likewise expressed their happiness and fulfillment as they once again witnessed a child finally find a safe, loving, and nurturing permanent family. The moment also served as another reminder of how meaningful and fulfilling it is to serve as a bridge for a child longing for a family they can finally call their own.
