AWARDING OF BEST EMPLOYEES | JUNE BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION | 06 JULY 2026

Personnel of Labo Fire Station, under the leadership of FSINSP MARK JOSHUA R MALANO, Municipal Fire Marshal, recognized the outstanding performance and dedication of its personnel through the awarding of the Best Employees of the Month.

The following personnel were honored for their exemplary service and commitment:

- May 2026 Best Employee: FO1 Ralph Angelo G Pletado
- June 2026 Best Employees: FO3 Adrian R De los Santos and FO2 Arjay O Creo

The station also celebrated the birthdays of personnel born in the month of June. Birthday celebrants FO1 Jhun Lhormie C Rañada and FO1 Marinel G Salamero were greeted and presented with cakes as a simple token of appreciation, fostering camaraderie and recognizing the value of every member of the organization.

The Labo Fire Station personnel under the leadership of FSINSP MARK JOSHUA R MALANO conducted the Monthly Rank Inspection to ensure personnel maintain proper bearing, discipline, and compliance with the standards of the Bureau of Fire Protection. .

The activity concluded with the Proper Turnover of duties and responsibilities between outgoing and incoming personnel, ensuring continuity of operations, accountability, and efficient delivery of fire and emergency services.

Personnel of the Labo Fire Station, under the supervision of FSINSP MARK JOSHUA R MALANO, Municipal Fire Marshal, successfully conducted a Fire Safety Lecture and Drill at MFG Hardware, Brgy. Anahaw, Labo, Camarines Norte.

The activity aimed to enhance the fire safety awareness, preparedness, and emergency response capabilities of the establishment's management and employees. Participants were oriented on fundamental fire prevention measures, the proper use of portable fire extinguishers, and the appropriate actions to take during fire emergencies. A practical fire drill was also conducted to reinforce the lessons discussed and promote an organized and efficient evacuation.

The activity aimed to assess the operational condition and serviceability of fire hydrants to ensure their readiness and reliability as vital water sources during fire suppression operations. Through the regular inspection, testing, and monitoring of fire hydrants, the station strengthens its emergency response capability and reinforces its commitment to protecting lives, properties, and the community from the destructive effects of fire.

These routine activities include the inspection and operational checking of fire trucks, inventory and inspection of firefighting tools and equipment, cleaning and maintenance of station facilities, and the performance of BLOWBAGETS.

Through these daily operational routines, the station maintains the highest level of preparedness, ensuring that all personnel, equipment, and resources remain in optimal working condition. These initiatives enhance operational efficiency, strengthen emergency response capabilities, promote cleanliness and orderliness within the fire station, and reinforce the Bureau of Fire Protection's commitment to safeguarding lives, protecting property, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the community through continuous readiness and operational excellence.

Ang matatag na ugnayan ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) at ng Bureau of Fire Protection ay patuloy na nagsisilbing matibay na pundasyon sa pagpapalakas ng serbisyo publiko at mas epektibong pagtupad sa mandato ng Bureau.

Bilang pagkilala sa patuloy na suporta at pamumuno ng Department, taos-pusong nagpapasalamat ang Bureau of Fire Protection Regional Office 5, sa pangunguna ni 𝙁𝘾𝙎𝙐𝙋𝙏 𝙅𝙐𝙉𝙄𝙏𝙊 𝙁 𝙈𝘼𝙎𝙇𝘼𝙉𝙂, 𝘿𝙎𝘾, Regional Director, kay 𝙃𝙊𝙉. 𝙅𝙐𝘼𝙉𝙄𝙏𝙊 𝙑𝙄𝘾𝙏𝙊𝙍 "𝙅𝙊𝙉𝙑𝙄𝘾" 𝘾. 𝙍𝙀𝙈𝙐𝙇𝙇𝘼, Kalihim ng Department of the Interior and Local Government, sa kanyang walang sawang paggabay at suporta sa patuloy na pagpapaunlad ng Bureau of Fire Protection.

Sa ilalim ng kanyang pamumuno, patuloy na naipatutupad ang mga programang nagsusulong ng modernisasyon ng Bureau sa pamamagitan ng pagpapahusay ng mga kagamitan, pagpapalakas ng operational capabilities, at patuloy na pagpapaunlad ng kakayahan ng mga kawani. Ang mga inisyatibang ito ay higit pang nagpapatibay sa kahandaan ng BFP sa pagtugon sa sunog, iba pang emergency, at sa pagbibigay ng de-kalidad na serbisyong pangkaligtasan sa mamamayan.

Nananatiling kaisa ang BFP Region 5 sa pagsuporta sa mga programa at adhikain ng DILG tungo sa isang mas moderno, mas mahusay, at mas handang Bureau of Fire Protection. Patuloy naming isusulong ang aming mandato nang may integridad, dedikasyon, at kahusayan, alang-alang sa kaligtasan ng bawat Pilipino.
